Scripture for the week of May 9, 2021

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18 (NIV)

Have you ever been blindfolded and not able to see the way to go; or without a light trying to find something in the dark? It is challenging to acknowledge that the things we see are only temporary when it is our tendency to trust in what we see as absolute reality and truth. In this scripture we are exhorted to focus all our hope on eternity in God’s presence that we cannot currently see. Many would say that they can not believe in a God they can’t see, yet they do not hesitate to travel in airplanes that fly upon winds they can’t see and turn on the power switches in their homes everyday using electricity that they do not see either. God reveals Himself in multitudes of ways that thrill us each and every day; twinkling stars, a morning sunrise, ocean sunsets, blooming flowers, a beloved’s kiss, and a baby’s smile. The dream of “happily ever after” is in each of our hearts because “He has placed eternity in our hearts” (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Yes, Lord, we believe.

Rise up Children and call your Mother Blessed. Proverbs 31:28

Mother’s Day Blessings:

Celebrating Motherhood Today – all Mothers, those who are, those who have been and those yet to come. Motherhood is eternal and set forth by Adonai our Elohim’s design. He planned Motherhood from the foundation of creation, Motherhood is s part of Himself that He has imparted to His creation.

Today we Celebrate each one who has loved, nurtured, trained, taught, inspired, cared for, prayed for in the past, present and in the future. We Praise Adonai for all of those who came before us, those with us now and those who will come after us. Mother’s Day Blessings in Jesus Name

Adonai, I come before You this Mother’s Day and give You all praise, honor and glory. I bless You for Your creation of Motherhood. I bless You for all Mother’s and apply Jesus blood over each and every Mother in Jesus Name.

No one knows better than you what each Mother needs. You see and know all things and I ask You today to touch each one individually. Whatever the need, You are the answer. Adonai, lead, guard, guide, protect and provide for each Mother. Help each one fulfill the purpose that You created them. Fill each one with Your Holy Spirit and grant each one the keys that You have in store for them to unlock their destiny in Jesus Name. Amen

Today children rise up and call your Mother Blessed as instructed in Adonai’s Word Proverbs 31:28. We are to be a people of Blessing. Those who impart Blessing and no matter your situation – rise up today and declare Adonai’s Blessing over all of those who have Mothered you. Adonai is faithful and just and He will impart His Blessings Eternally.

Proverbs 31:26-31  (NASB)

26 She opens her mouth in wisdom,
And the [a]teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
27 She looks well to the ways of her household,
And does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children rise up and bless her;
Her husband also, and he praises her, saying:
29 “Many daughters have done nobly,
But you excel them all.”
30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain,
But a woman who [b]fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her the [c]product of her hands,
And let her works praise her in the gates.
