Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of October 31, 2021

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6 (NIV)

Have you ever tried to find your way in the dark without a light? In Genesis chapter one God said, “Let there be light” and He created light out of the darkness. Our verse for this week declares that God is also able to make His light shine into the darkness of our hearts. If light travels at the speed of 186,000 miles a second, then we know that darkness has to flee that fast from every ray of light; especially in the light of God’s presence. His glory is the perfection, beauty and power of His extravagant love that we find in our personal relationship with Jesus when. Jesus proclaimed in John 8:12 “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (NIV) Let the light of the love of Jesus dispel any encroaching darkness; and let it shine through you as you follow Him. Yes, amen!

Reformation Day Blessings

October 31, 1517 is Reformation Day. The anniversary of the day Martin Luther is said to have posted his Ninety-five Theses on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany (October 31, 1517), later identified by Protestants as the beginning of the Reformation. If it were not for Him doing this, you may not have a Bible to read. This day was marked as a Celebration of God’s Holy Word!

False religion brings a curse! Be aware and don’t Celebrate Evil! If you choose to be blind and think for one moment that you can Celebrate Jesus and the Devil on October 31st, then you had better read Revelation 22.

Jesus came that we could have life and live our lives in abundance. I can’t even imagine Jesus even watching your Trunk if Treats, pumpkin carving, Pagan Traditions!

Wake up! This time of year was all about the Feast of Harvest! It was all about being able to actually reading The Bible for yourself!

There is still time to repent. However, if you think for one moment that you don’t need to. I would get down on my knees today and actually ask God how He feels about what you have done.

May God Himself have Mercy on your soul.

Blessings and Shalom, Beth Auman

Don’t be fooled

A great dose of Truth from Dutch Sheets today! Please listen below.

Jesus did in fact confront the ruler of His day! The Political Ruler! He did not go to the human’s that had bowed down and dedicated their lives to the father of lies!! He went to the source , satan, the father of lies! Then he went to the cross, shed His Blood in 7 places to redeem all and descended to hell! He took back the keys of the Kingdom and ascended up to His Father,  YHWH the Eternal and was given All Authority so that those who would choose Him, Yeshua (Jesus), KING of kings and LORD of lords His Authority to do the same!

Once more, the Adversary took him up to the summit of a very high mountain, showed him all the kingdoms of the world in all their glory, and said to him, “All this I will give you if you will bow down and worship me.” “Away with you, Satan!” Yeshua told him, “For the Tanakh says, ‘Worship Adonai your God, and serve only him.’” Then the Adversary let him alone, and angels came and took care of him.
Matthew 4:8-11 – https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Matthew%204:8-11&version=CJB

He had not gone to the Cross yet, nor shed His Blood! He combated satan with God’s Word! He wasn’t afraid of that day’s liberal demoncrats, the Pagan Romans, those who bow low to satan! Jesus knew their father satan. He went to fast for 40 days to hear His Father’s Voice! In order that He could speak Abba Father’s Word to the devil!

We are to take our stand for righteousness! We are at war with the enemy and all followers of evil! Because Jesus gave us all power and authority against the evil one! We are to recognize and do as He taught! If it’s evil we are to stand against it!

Then He went to the cross, was brutalized and Jesus gained authority over death, hell and the grave, taking the keys back from satan! Victorious!

Prayers for the deceived souls, yet taking authority! The authority that He gave to trample on snakes and scorpions! Overcoming all of the works of the enemy!

The seventy came back jubilant. “Lord,” they said, “with your power, even the demons submit to us!” Yeshua said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Remember, I have given you authority; so you can trample down snakes and scorpions, indeed, all the Enemy’s forces; and you will remain completely unharmed. Nevertheless, don’t be glad that the spirits submit to you; be glad that your names have been recorded in heaven.” At that moment he was filled with joy by the Ruach HaKodesh and said, “Father, Lord of heaven and earth, I thank you because you concealed these things from the sophisticated and educated, yet revealed them to ordinary people. Yes, Father, I thank you that it pleased you to do this.
Luke 10:17-21 – https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Luke%2010:17-21&version=CJB

Pleas listen to Dutch and may your eyes and ears finally be opened!

Jesus came that we would have and enjoy LIFE!

The thief comes only in order to steal, kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have life, life in its fullest measure.
John 10:10 – https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=John%2010:10&version=CJB

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of October 24, 2021

But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” Lamentations 3:20-24 (ESV)

Do you ever struggle to find your faith to trust God in the midst of overwhelming situations? It can be especially hard when it seems like the cries of your prayers bounce off the ceiling and all you hear is silence. In the verses before these scriptures, the Prophet Jeremiah describes in great detail his sufferings and that he feels like God caused it all. He was not afraid to talk to God about his disillusionment, frustrations and anguish. But, he then reminds himself of God’s love, mercies and faithfulness in the past. How amazing that even though the circumstances have not changed, Jeremiah is able to declare with renewed hope that the Lord is all he needs! Take your list of problems to God today and pour out your doubts, fears and pain. Then be encouraged with new hope recalling all of the Lord’s unshakeable love, unending mercies and great faithfulness to you always. Selah! (Ponder and think on these things.)

Declaration For Today In Jesus Name

Declaration For Today In Jesus Name!

Adonai our Elohim says that “Wisdom is the primary thing. He says that the first and foremost point of Wisdom is the Fear of Adonai.”

**Then we can get wisdom and have understanding.

The beginning of wisdom is: get wisdom! And along with all your getting, get insight! Cherish her, and she will exalt you; embrace her, and she will bring you honor; she will give your head a garland of grace, bestow on you a crown of glory.”
Proverbs 4:7-9

**What exactly does Wisdom look like in action? How can we know? Please read and may Adonai pour out over you His Holy Spirit of Wisdom, Revelation, Counsel, Power and Knowledge and Fear of ADONAI in Jesus Name.

Job 12:13-25
“With God are wisdom and power; he has [good] counsel and understanding.

When he breaks something down, it can’t be rebuilt; when he imprisons someone, he can’t be released. When he holds back water, there is drought; when he sends it out, it overruns the land. With him are strength and common sense; both the misled and those who mislead are his. He leads counselors away captive, he makes fools of judges. He removes authority from kings, then binds them up [as prisoners]. He leads cohanim away captive and overthrows those long in power. Those who are trusted he deprives of speech, and he removes the discernment of the aged. He pours contempt on princes and loosens the belt of the strong. He discloses the deepest recesses of darkness and brings light into shadows dark as death. He makes nations great and destroys them; he enlarges nations, then leads them away. He removes understanding from a country’s leaders and makes them wander in trackless deserts. They grope in unlit darkness; he makes them stagger like drunks.

** We seek and receive Your Wisdom today and we choose to Trust in YOU ADONAI in Jesus Name. Amen

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of October 17, 2021

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord… Jeremiah 29:11-14a (NKJV)

Have you ever felt like you messed up so bad that you are beyond forgiveness and undeserving of God’s love? Sometimes it feels like God is playing Hide and Seek and nowhere to be found. But, these verses assure us that God is listening and really does hear our prayers when we cry out to Him. Listening implies that He is waiting and anticipating to hear our voice so He can reveal Himself and the good plans He has prepared for us. Though it may be hard to fathom, the truth is, God harbors no thoughts of evil against us. He is always thinking of how to show us His plans for our future that includes renewing our dashed hopes and bestowing His peace that passes our understanding. Be encouraged in this promise to you today, that you will find the Lord when you pray and seek Him with all your heart. Praise the Lord!

Declaration For Today In Jesus Name

Psalm 46 For the leader. By the descendants of Korach. On ‘alamot [high-pitched musical instruments?]. A song:

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we are unafraid, even if the earth gives way, even if the mountains tumble into the depths of the sea, even if its waters rage and foam, and mountains shake at its turbulence. (Selah)

There is a river whose streams gladden the city of God, the holy habitation of ‘Elyon — God is in the city. It will not be moved — when daybreak comes, God will help it. Nations were in turmoil, kingdoms were moved; his voice thundered forth, and the earth melted away. Adonai-Tzva’ot is with us, our fortress, the God of Ya‘akov. (Selah)

Come and see the works of Adonai, the astounding deeds he has done on the earth. To the ends of the earth he makes wars cease — he breaks the bow, snaps the spear, burns the shields in the fire. “Desist, and learn that I am God, supreme over the nations, supreme over the earth.” Adonai-Tzva’ot is with us, our fortress, the God of Ya‘akov. (Selah)

Note: Adonai-Tzva’ot in Hebrew means The LORD of Armies. Never forget HE fights for you.

Jesus-Yeshua IS LORD

There is Victory in Jesus because He IS Lord!

We are to be mindful of others who have declared Jesus as Lord.

1 John 4:15-16 CJB 15 If someone acknowledges that Yeshua is the Son of God, God remains united with him, and he with God. 16 Also we have come to know and trust the love that God has for us. God is love; and those who remain in this love remain united with God, and God remains united with them.

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of October 10, 2021

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light; 1 Peter 2:9 (KJV)

Have you ever felt like a misfit, too different or unacceptable amongst your friends, at work or in your family? What an encouragement to find in this scripture what God has to say about you. You are a chosen one! You are a part of the elite inner circle with access to God; a Holy nation! And, you are part of a distinctive people that have accepted God’s invitation to come out of the dark painful, depressing and hopeless places into the marvelous light of His love! So lift your heart, your hands and your voice to praise the Lord because you are a chosen, special one with the opportunity to display His goodness and glory to all those around you in this world! Thank You, Lord!

Declaration For Today In Jesus Name

Psalm 71

In you, Adonai, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame. In your righteousness, rescue me; and help me to escape. Turn your ear toward me, and deliver me. Be for me a sheltering rock, where I can always come. You have determined to save me, because you are my bedrock and stronghold. My God, help me escape from the power of the wicked, from the grasp of the unjust and ruthless. For you are my hope, Adonai Elohim, in whom I have trusted since I was young. From birth I have relied on you; it was you who took me from my mother’s womb. To many, I am an amazing example; but you are strong protection for me. My mouth is full of praise for you, filled with your glory all day long. Don’t reject me when I grow old; when my strength fails, don’t abandon me. For my enemies are talking about me, those seeking my life are plotting together. They say, “God has abandoned him; go after him, and seize him, because no one will save him.” God, don’t distance yourself from me! My God, hurry to help me! May those who are opposed to me be put to shame and ruin; may those who seek to harm me be covered with scorn and disgrace. But I, I will always hope and keep adding to your praise. All day long my mouth will tell of your righteous deeds and acts of salvation, though their number is past my knowing. I will come in the power of Adonai Elohim and recall your righteousness, yours alone. God, you have taught me since I was young, and I still proclaim your wonderful works. So now that I’m old, and my hair is gray, don’t abandon me, God, till I have proclaimed your strength to the next generation, your power to all who will come, your righteousness too, God, which reaches to the heights. God, you have done great things; who is there like you? You have made me see much trouble and hardship, but you will revive me again and bring me up from the depths of the earth. You will increase my honor; turn and comfort me. As for me, I will praise you with a lyre for your faithfulness, my God. I will sing praises to you with a lute, Holy One of Isra’el. My lips will shout for joy; I will sing your praise, because you have redeemed me. All day long my tongue will speak of your righteousness. For those who are seeking to harm me will be put to shame and disgraced.
Psalm 71:1-24
