Unity by Bonnie S. Vaughan

roses-lrUnity will tear down every stronghold that tries to divide us, and will lead us along the path of righteousness. Pulling together is the factor that will bind three cords that no one can pull apart.

It’s not a time of divisive words spoken to destroy one another, but prayer that reaches the heart of God, giving room for His will to be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

No more crying tears of things not done our way, but totally surrendering, so the Father’s plan can be fulfilled here and now.

Let us embrace His heart, His desires, and His purposes for a nation that needs His love, His grace, and His salvation.

New Beginning by Bonnie S. Vaughan

flower02New Beginning

Today marks the new beginning of

A joyful life filled with praise.

Hope amidst the struggles,

Giving you reason to remain.

Never underestimate the

Value of your worth,

For He who has called you is

Greater than this earth.

He know the ends and outs,

The start to finish line.

His perfect will to be done,

No matter the barrier of time.

Just keep your focus on Him,

And never grow weary in the wait.

For His promises still remain,

And His glory will illuminate…

All the answers He has stored up for you.

The Time is Now by Bonnie S Vaughan

The Time Is Now

Once upon a time there was a Man named Jesus.

He came to earth to make God known.

His purpose and His vision was very clear.

A destiny understood before time.

Although many rejected Him,

He continued the course.

He didn’t allow distractions to interfere.

His focus remained on His Father;flowers-4-1397446

Giving Him glory, honor and praise.

Many lives were changed and transformed,

Even raised from the dead.

His manifested power released an

“On earth as it in heaven” experience.

He walked among men with the aroma of His love;

Desiring that none would perish.

His fragrance captivated their attention,

And assured them all would be well.

Although His ministry on earth was short,

It touched the hearts of so many.

It rang with vibrations that utterly

Destroyed the works of darkness,

Bringing light and hope to all who would believe.

Nevertheless, His mission still remains,

His Name has not changed,

And His purpose still unfolds.

Once upon a time there was Man named Jesus,

And He still exists today in the likeness of His children.

He is saying, “The Time Is Now”

For whosoever will receive.

The gospel message is simple, yet so powerful. The Father longs for whosoever will come and receive His gift of love. The cross made the way, the resurrection provided victory, and His love demonstrates the acceptance of His invitation. He’s reaching out for you today, “Will you come?” For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13 NKJV)

Good News by Bonnie S. Vaughan

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31 NKJV)

When diamonds glisten in brilliance,Roses

You see the sparkles so clear.

A meaning in its fullness

That perfection is drawing near.

The rough edges being made smooth;

The corner’s rounded with care.

A purpose in its existence

That pruning and love are a pair.

No need to measure the timeline,

For God has it all planned out.

A reason for the waiting

That produces fruit to sprout.

So dry your eyes His child,

He is ready to shine through.

A hope in the midst of despair

That plants faith with good news.

Good News of His faithfulness.

Good News of His unfailing love.

Good News of His abundance,

That pours into you like a glove.

Spring Is In the Air by Bonnie S. Vaughan

spring-1531122Spring is in the air, and it gives off a ray of sunshine that warms the heart with life. A sense in knowing, that spring brings new buds as well as an unfolding of new life. A joy that radiates from within and shines without; a cause to step back and realize the beauty it possesses, and the glory it illuminates.

A perspective in motion that continues throughout the duration of time, where things once dead now becomes the newness of what it was created to be. With such a lovely fragrance and aroma, it leaves us with the embrace of the Father’s touch, the hope of life, and the awe of what we behold foreshadows what is to come.

As spring comes alive, let us always remember the importance of what it has to offer. A place in history that will never be doubled again, a flower that will never be duplicated again, and a wonder that remains forever embedded in our hearts.

Let this be an opportunity to run into the arms of the One who gives new life, new joy, and new beauty to your existence. For we who were once dead in our sins have now arisen with power, a power that gives us reason to smile again, a passion to live again, and hope to face life without regret. It’s a time to push back the gloom of yesterday, and allow His Spirit to breathe springtime into your very soul. For He who breathes life, sustains life.

Father, let Your breath breathe upon everyone who needs life to spring forth in their soul. Give them the assurance of hope that does not fade, and joy that remains forever. Cause a newness to arise, giving meaning and purpose to every step they walk and everyone they touch. Never allow their feet to stumble, but may they “always” be led by Your Spirit to follow the path You’ve ordained; a path that springs forth life, and life abundantly. In Jesus Name…Amen!

The Father’s Heart by Bonnie S. Vaughan

rose-1385723“having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him (Ephesians 1:9-10 NKJV).
A dreamer does not know the limitations of the Father’s heart, for their focus is not on self, but on the Spirit. They don’t look at their surroundings and wonder, “How can this be?” For they have a greater understanding of what He wants to do and accomplish.
His revelation is the doorway to opportunity, and once unlocked, gives way to miracles. His heartbeat yearns to be made known to all who will but trust Him. It’s a place where we find ourselves shuffling through the masses to touch the most important piece of information: His garment; and once within the veil, we are not only willing, but ready to receive all His heart longs to make known.
It’s like a kid in a candy store, there’s so much to see and touch, but it can’t be purchased all at the same time. It’s a returning process that requires diligent effort to seek the truth and embrace its value; a value that implies the importance of its existence, not only for the receiver, but to share with the world. What Father God desires is our obedience to His Word, and in turn, His rewards to us will be outstanding.
Go change the world, one at a time, with His heartbeat.
Father, bring Your children into an understanding of Your grace and love, so that they would desire to come into Your presence without fear or hesitation, and receive all You desire for them to have in Jesus Precious Name…Amen.

New Beginnings by Bonnie Vaughan

RosebudNew Beginnings

As the New Year unfolds and the page is turned, let us choose not to dwell on what is past, but fully engage in what God has for the present. It’s a time to forget about what could of and should have been, and focus on the reality of the now. Promises are not attained by dwelling in regrets, but committing ourselves fully to the One who has all things in His control.

When we allow ourselves to reach for the “mark set before us” we are giving God permission to lead us down the path He desires. Path’s that release His heart of love and compassion, and makes room for whosoever will come.

It’s a place of pardon, not by what we’ve done or accomplished, but solely on the finished work of the cross; the doorway that all may enter, but only few will find. The needed place, yet many will choose their own ways due to selfishness and pride.

But this is a season of New Beginnings that will thrust us into the fulfillment of our destinies if we are willing to let go of the reins, and adhere to what the Lord is saying. A time that encompasses what we desire in accordance to the Father’s will, and bringing it to the forefront to make a difference in the world we encounter.

Although at times a testing ground, we are never left to fend for ourselves, for our trust is in the One who causes all things to work together for our good, even though we may not understand the process. It’s a fertile habitation of love and faith that keeps growing as we linger in His presence and find rest for our souls. So do not try to figure the whole process out, for in doing so, we only find ourselves looking inward instead of upward.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 (NKJV)

Father I pray for everyone reading this that you would give them the grace to run the race with courage and determination, knowing that each step they take will be in line with Your Word that leads them to the destiny You have ordained before the world began. Give strength and hope to those longing to find answers to their heart’s cry, and bring healing to broken hearts, so that all who seek after You can rest assure that You are directing their lives in perfect harmony with Your will, in Jesus name…Amen.

The Christmas Season by Bonnie S. Vaughan

Poinsettarose3During the Christmas season we can find ourselves wondering what it’s all about. Is it really about gifts, presents, or even the gatherings of friends and family? We often discover that this is a time of hardships and for some, heartache. We want to offer our best, but we seem to give our least. But this is a season that should cause us to focus inward and not outward; the place where we find the true meaning of the Christmas season.

Let’s look for a moment at Luke 12:22-27 (NKJV). 22) Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. 23) Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. 24) Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? 25) And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 26) If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? 27) Consider the lilies, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

As we read, we are not to worry, nor be anxious about things. Yes, it’s hard, but this season is really about the One who holds all things in His existence, for nothing turns without His say so. We learn to come and rest in His presence, where His peace covers all areas of our lives, leaving us to understand that we are not here to perform for “anyone” but solely to depend upon Him completely.

Yes, presents, gifts and family are important, but not to the place where they rob us of our joy. It’s the coming together, with gifts or not, to bring treasures that each of us need…treasures of joy, laughter, embrace, hope and relationship. It’s not about pressure or having to measure up, but bringing what you have and offering it to the best of your ability.

So let this season be one that reminds us of the true meaning it represents….Jesus Christ. He has given all in order that we can possess it, and in turn, offer it to others…love.

Let His love surround you beyond measure, for that is what the world is looking for.

Father, I pray for each one reading this, that their hearts would be wrapped with Your love and peace that ties it all together. Comfort those who need Your embrace, and release heaven’s gift of salvation to everyone who needs a new beginning in their lives…in Jesus Precious Name…Amen.
