GOD IS OPENING DOORS

 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door,  and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” Revelation 3:8 NKJV

The Lord woke me up early one morning a few days ago. This is highly unusual in itself since anyone that knows me would confirm that I am NOT a morning person! After praying for a few minutes, I felt directed to write down some things I had been talking to the Lord about. Shortly after I began to write, the following words began to fill my mind, flowing one right after the other, that took a couple of hours to write down.

Since the beginning of the New Year I have been seeking the Lord for what He had to say to me and our family this year. Though these words give direction and answers to some personal prayers, I felt the Lord wanted them shared beyond my household to encourage others, especially prayer warriors and intercessors. In this last season, many  of us have faced the limitations or end of our own strength through persevering trials and now welcome the Lord’s strength in our weakness. How uplifting to read the Lord’s promise of open doors for those that overcome in Revelation 3:8. I pray you will be encouraged, be blessed, and that you will see the open doors the Lord has for you to walk through this year.

This is the year of the open doors. Many doors have closed in your face and against you in the past; but not this year. I declare the favorable year of the Lord. I am giving to you keys of the Kingdom. Whatsoever I tell you to open, you will open and go through, and no one can shut. Whatsoever I tell you to close, you will close and no one will open. You will walk through open doors this year.

I am reminding you of dreams and visions and prophesies that you thought were long gone, dead and buried. I am resurrecting your dreams and visions, for the time is now. It is not up to you, it is not about you or dependent upon your strengths, what you know, your skills or understanding. I am calling for the weak to confound the mighty and those the world call foolish to confound their wisdom. It is about knowing and hearing My voice and willingness to obey My will; going where I say go, doing what I say do. I will show you the who, the what, the when, where and how. Not by might, nor by power, but by My spirit says the Lord.

I am calling forth the army of God; the young and the young in heart. I am raising up the veterans of past Kingdom battles and wars that know My voice and know My ways. I am calling you up, opening doors and setting you in place to teach, to train, equip and impart. Report for duty, take your place in the ranks and on the rampart. Be alert to My voice and my command. Put on the whole armor of God; the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness to guard your heart, the helmet of salvation to guard your mind, wearing the gospel shoes of peace, holding up the shield of faith to quench ALL the fiery darts of the enemy and wielding the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. You must wear the cloak of humility and go forth under the banner of my love. I will be your rear guard, your shield on the right and left, underneath you are my everlasting arms. I will hide you beneath my wings and hold you close to my heart. Ministering and warring Angels, the Angelic armies of the Heavenly Host, are being released on your behalf to strengthen, empower, equip, accompany and even at times to carry you forth. Greater is the army with you that you can’t see than those against you that you can see.

I am calling forth the intercessors and pouring out apostolic and prophetic anointing on their intercession. They will have the seer anointing to see with eagle eyes from my heavenly perspective. They will see what I want them to see, to hear what I want them to pray and they will decree with governing authority, calling forth my Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Speak to the dry bones of a lost generation; to those in the valley of decision and command them to arise from the dead in the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit. Call for the winds of the Spirit to blow across the the dessert and waste places in their lives that they might breathe the breath of life, covered by the saving blood of Jesus and reconciled into the loving arms of their Father God. There can be no more church as usual. Put off all pretense, performance, religiosity and any haughty spirituality. Turn away from criticism, condemnation and comparison. Put on the garments of praise and wear the cloak of humility. Love the lost, feed my sheep and pray.

Do you want to know me? Seek me and you will find me. Do you want to hear My voice? Ask and you will be given. Do you to know My will? Knock and the doors will be opened. This is a year of BREAKTHROUGH, the favor of the Lord and open doors.

Lord, help me to hear your voice, to see your light unto my path and to go through the open doors. I receive the future and hope, divine appointments, connections, opportunities and promotions You have for me and my household this year. Thank you for the enabling, empowering and sufficient grace we need for each step of the way. Here am I, send me and be it unto me according to Your will. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus name, amen.

 But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 NKJV
