Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of October 11, 2015

JoBeth68God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NKJV)

Have you ever felt like you are running a race without the strength to go on or you are at the end of you rope without a clue for where to turn? There are some very powerful declarations of God’s provision for us in this scripture. 1) God is able. There is nothing that our God cannot do. 2) He makes. As the Creator God, He is able to bring anything into existence that is needed on our behalf. 3) All grace. Not just some grace or a little grace, but ALL grace which is His goodness and favor even when we don’t deserve it. 4) All sufficiency means more than enough. 5) In all things means ALL the time and in EVERY situation. 6) And, God promises abundant, overflowing provision for everything we face each and every day as we walk in agreement with His good and perfect will for us. May you discover all the grace and all sufficiency with the abundance you need for every good thing. Amen.
