PURE by Lee Gossett

LeeG09

MATTHEW 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God (NKJV).  The Message translation reads, “You’re blessed when you get inside your world – your mind and heart – put right. Then you can see God in the outside world (MSG).

Clean. Blameless. Unstained from guilt. Well, I guess these descriptive words alone exclude the majority of us, don’t they?  Dear friends, there is only one way we can live our lives “pure in heart” and that is through Jesus Christ knowing that every day He is refining us through the fire. Our desire to be transparent before God and obedient to His call regardless of the cost or what we lose in the process is our purpose in living. Unless we are willing to lose our life, we can never fulfill the destiny and plan He has for each of us. And, know this next statement as truth. There will come a time where you have to “stand” for who and what you believe in which is the exact opposite of what the world tells you is truth.

JAMES 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (KJV).

Truly, God wants to purify our lives and the things that keep us from doing all He’s called us to do. I believe we are in a season of God’s refinement which is always difficult and uncomfortable. So, what’s holding you back from going all the way with God?

1 JOHN 3:1-3 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure (NIV).

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture of the week of April 24, 2016

JoBeth47

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; Psalm 23:1-3a KJV

Have you ever longed for peace or comfort and rest for your soul? Our souls consist of our mind, will and emotions where we feel the afflictions of doubt, fear, sorrows and confusion that rob us of peace and paralyze our ability to hope. We are likened to helpless fearful sheep in these scriptures; and oh, what a comfort to be reminded that the Lord is our Good Shepherd caring for all our needs, lacking in nothing! We may not be quite as excited to realize that He will sometimes make us to lie down, even in green pastures, when most of us don’t like the idea of anyone making us do anything! Yet, we would all gladly welcome the quiet comfort and peace with renewing hope beside still waters if we could find it. Dear Lord, direct our steps to a still quiet place in Your presence; free from pressures, anxiety and disappointments to find the restoring rest for our souls that You have lovingly provided for us. Yes, Amen.

Celebrate Passover by Beth Auman

passover-series-the-seder-2-1528684While watching Robert Heidler on Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural the other day, Sid said something that settled this argument -Do we as Believers in Jesus Celebrate Passover or not?  Sid stated the following: Here  is the link: http://sidroth.org/television/tv-archives/robert-heidler-0

Was the Bible written for the Jews? Was the Bible written for the Christians? OR Was the Word of God written for Believers?

Believers in Jesus Christ – The Word is ONE just as Abba Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit are ONE.

Are you a believer in Jesus? Is He the LORD of your life?  Then yes, you too can celebrate Passover – just as HE did. We always ask ourselves What Would Jesus Do?  Why not do What Jesus Did. He celebrated Passover. It is His celebration. Passover was the time that God Himself chose for the Crucifixion of His Son., the exact moment to rent the veil and restore relationship with Him. The Biblical feasts are a picture of the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ Our LORD.  Celebrate Jesus and Passover.  Matthew 27:51-54 (VOICE) 51 At that instant, the temple curtain was torn in half, from top to bottom. The earth shook; rocks split in two; 52 tombs burst open, and bodies of many sleeping holy women and men were raised up. 53 After Jesus’ resurrection, they came out of their tombs, went into the holy city of Jerusalem, and showed themselves to people.

54 When the Centurion and soldiers who had been charged with guarding Jesus felt the earthquake and saw the rocks splitting and the tombs opening, they were, of course, terrified.

Soldiers: He really was God’s Son.

lamb-1396615Exodus 12:13-14 (VOICE)

13 The blood on the doorframes of your houses will be a sign of where you are. When I pass by and see the blood, I will pass over you. This plague will not afflict you when I strike the land of Egypt with death.

14 This will be a day for you to always remember. I want you and all generations after you to commemorate this day with a festival to Me. Celebrate this feast as a perpetual ordinance, a permanent part of your life together.

John 1:29 (Voice) The morning after this conversation, John sees Jesus coming toward him. In eager astonishment, he shouts out: John the Baptist: Look! This man is more than He seems! He is the Lamb sent from God, the sacrifice to erase the sins of the world!

Revelation 5:12 (VOICE) 12 Thousands of Messengers (with a great voice): Worthy is the Lamb who was slain.
Worthy is the Lamb to receive authority and wealth and wisdom and greatness
And honor and glory and praise.

Jesus is the Lamb who was slain and He is Worthy to receive authority and wealth and wisdom and greatness and honor and glory and praise. Amen- Part of honoring Him is Celebrating Him the way that Abba Father ordained that we celebrate Him. Seeing Him in the Passover Celebration and Celebrating Him during the time that He went to the cross. Jesus died on the cross at Passover – The Lamb was slain at Passover. The Last Supper was at Passover. Why is this so very difficult for the Christian community to grasp?

The truth is being revealed so that you can truly be free and walk in the timeline of the LORD.  A year is a cycle and we are to meet with Him at the appointed times. He created an entire calendar in order that we as His believers can continue moving forward on our journey.

We Passover every time that we breakthrough and overcome any situation by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.  The Church of today just won’t use the term Passover.

I’m excited to declare that I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb out of the hand of the enemy. I have Passed over and choose to continue Passing Over – Moving Forward with Jesus my Lord.

Declare this over your own life: I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb out of the hand of the enemy. I have Passed Over and choose to continue Passing Over – Moving forward with Jesus my Lord.  Amen

Dr. Robert Heidler introduced me to this declaration and it’s just so completely true.

Revelation 12:11 (VOICE) 11     By the blood of the Lamb and the word of their witnesses, they have become victorious over him,  For they did not hold on to their lives, even under threat of death.

Celebrating Passover as a believer in Jesus isn’t a Religious Tradition. Nor does it need to be celebrated in a Religious manner.  You can celebrate the Seder Meal as our Jewish brother’s do and it is a wonderful learning experience to do so.

You can get your family together for a meal, apply the blood of Jesus over your doorposts and have a meal, take Communion, Celebrate Jesus and Passover. Just as in Exodus the Israelites escaped the Egyptians (their harsh taskmasters), we too have harsh taskmasters in our lives. Things that we need to break free from (Passover).

God created the Hebraic calendar and through it He set appointed times to meet with us (Believers in Jesus). Passover is one of these set appointment times.

Personally, I will lay the bunny and eggs down and choose the appointment time that He wants me to keep with Him. God is not going to force anyone to celebrate His Feasts, but there is an amazing freedom and blessing that comes when we celebrate Him His way, there is no substitution.

I’m still on my journey and I am still learning. Step by step, drawing closer to Jesus. Taking His Communion in the manner in which it was offered to us. There is no substitute.

Luke 22:15-22The Voice (VOICE)passover-series-the-seder-1-1528687

The meal that Jesus and His disciples shared is still celebrated today among followers of Jesus. We surround it with varied rituals and music, but the original meal took place in the midst of great drama and tension. The disciples were arguing, and Jesus was teaching them yet another lesson about life in the kingdom of God. Jesus even spoke of His own suffering and their betrayal and denial. Yet through it all, Jesus’ focus remained on the central theme of His life and mission: the coming of the kingdom of God.

Jesus: 15 It has been My deep desire to eat this Passover meal with you before My suffering begins. 16 Know this: I will not eat another Passover meal until its meaning is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

17 He took a cup of wine and gave thanks for it.

Jesus: Take this; share it among yourselves. 18 Know this: I will not drink another sip of wine until the kingdom of God has arrived in fullness.

19 Then He took bread, gave thanks, broke it, and shared it with them.

Jesus: This is My body, My body given for you. Do this to remember Me.

20 And similarly, after the meal had been eaten, He took the cup.

Jesus: This cup, which is poured out for you, is the new covenant, made in My blood. 21 But even now, the hand of My betrayer is with Me on this table. 22 As it has been determined, the Son of Man, that firstfruit of a new generation of humanity, must be betrayed, but how pitiful it will be for the person who betrays Him.

Jesus: 15 It has been My deep desire to eat this Passover meal with you before My suffering begins. 16 Know this: I will not eat another Passover meal until its meaning is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

The meaning has been fulfilled in the kingdom of God – Jesus went to the cross, suffered, died and on the 3rd day He ROSE again. He is alive and It is His deep desire to eat this Passover meal with each of us. Celebrate Jesus this Passover. Praise the LORD Most High!

I pray in Jesus name that each person that chooses to read this will ask the Lord about the Feasts of the Lord – His appointed times. I pray that each of you will be led by the Holy Spirit to embrace these appointed times of the Lord – study to show yourself approved and enter into a deeper and more Victorious place in the LORD – Keep moving forward – Keep Passing Over until Jesus Returns and we can all Celebrate together..

As Dr. Robert Heidler says “Anytime is a Good time to Celebrate Jesus.”

Celebrate the Lamb that was Slain – Celebrate Jesus.. He is so very Worthy.

Love Beyond Measure.

Victory by Beth Auman

Victory

We must have HIS Logos and Rhema Word, His written and prophetic Word – His way of leading us and guiding us on His well lit path for us…

Oh Lord, I take my seat in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.. There in You I remain and I will stand on my rampart to watch and see what You will say.. I will fight from the place of VICTORY because You are VICTORY and as long as I don’t leave my place, (my seat in You).. I am assured VICTORY because YOU already WON the fight..Lord I want to fight Your way.. teach me how..

LORD, I am listening for Your direction.. Light my path.. Bring Your purifying fire and I will listen and obey.. I will declare and decree as I hear Your voice.. Your orders to me.. And as I yield my life, my tongue and whole self.. to YOUR will, YOUR way…YOUR Plan.. VICTORY is…because YOUR blood sacrifice WON the VICTORY Eternally for me..Amen

Psalm 18:2-3(KJV) The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

Ephesians 2:5-7 (KJV) Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

The choice to take your seat in Him is yours – that is your free will given to you by the I AM – Creator of the Universe.. He has a plan – but you have to choose His plan, align yourself with His plan and choose to hear His voice though Holy Spirit and follow His well lit path.

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of April 17, 2016

JoBeth94Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. Psalm 37:3-6 (NIV)

Have you ever felt the betrayal of someone in your circle of trust? Or reaped injustice that robbed you of the provision, peace and future you had hoped for? When all our hard work and good intentions have failed and we find ourselves in the dark pit of broken promises with the grief of dashed dreams, this scripture sheds the restoring light of hope into our hearts. We are encouraged to trust in the Lord, to do good, to focus our delight in the Lord and to commit our way unto Him. He promises to protect us and provide the place for us to dwell in safety with the provision we need. When nothing else makes sense, as we entrust our path to the Lord, He will show us the way to go and is able to fulfill the desires of our hearts. On top of all that, God promises the justice of vindication with the reward of setting everything right on our behalf like the bright and sunny dawning of a new day! Thank You, Lord.

PEACEMAKERS by Lee Gossett

LeeG10

MATTHEW 5:9  Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God (NKJV). The Message translation reads, “You’re blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. Jesus is known as the Prince of Peace. That’s when you discover who you really are, and your place in God’s family (MSG).

For so many years, it was extremely difficult to find a place of peace in our lives because of constant turmoil over many things. But, as I’ve learned through the years, you can’t help someone find peace in their life until you experience it for yourself. There’s a peace in my spirit that I know comes from God and not man. God gives me His peace every day because of what His life means to me as a Christian and as His child. No one can ever take that away from me. The times where I haven’t experienced peace is because I didn’t follow His plan for my life. Peace doesn’t mean we have an easy life, but that God’s peace surpasses anything we can imagine in this world.

PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus (NLT).

Dear friends, you will never know true inner peace apart from God.

JOHN 14:27 I’m leaving you with a gift – peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid (NLT).

The Time is Now by Bonnie S Vaughan

The Time Is Now

Once upon a time there was a Man named Jesus.

He came to earth to make God known.

His purpose and His vision was very clear.

A destiny understood before time.

Although many rejected Him,

He continued the course.

He didn’t allow distractions to interfere.

His focus remained on His Father;flowers-4-1397446

Giving Him glory, honor and praise.

Many lives were changed and transformed,

Even raised from the dead.

His manifested power released an

“On earth as it in heaven” experience.

He walked among men with the aroma of His love;

Desiring that none would perish.

His fragrance captivated their attention,

And assured them all would be well.

Although His ministry on earth was short,

It touched the hearts of so many.

It rang with vibrations that utterly

Destroyed the works of darkness,

Bringing light and hope to all who would believe.

Nevertheless, His mission still remains,

His Name has not changed,

And His purpose still unfolds.

Once upon a time there was Man named Jesus,

And He still exists today in the likeness of His children.

He is saying, “The Time Is Now”

For whosoever will receive.

The gospel message is simple, yet so powerful. The Father longs for whosoever will come and receive His gift of love. The cross made the way, the resurrection provided victory, and His love demonstrates the acceptance of His invitation. He’s reaching out for you today, “Will you come?” For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13 NKJV)

Blessings,

PERSECUTED by Lee Gossett

LeeG45

MATTHEW 5:10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven (NKJV).

The Message translation reads, “You’re blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God’s kingdom” (MSG).

Have you ever felt persecuted by others for what you believed? For those of us living a godly life today, there will be persecution throughout our lives. It is clearly confirmed as truth in the Bible.

2 TIMOTHY 3:12 Don’t be naïve. There are difficult times ahead. As the end approaches, people are going to be self-absorbed, money-hungry, self-promoting, stuck-up, profane, contemptuous of parents, crude, coarse, dog-eat-dog, unbending, slanderers impulsively wild, savage, cynical, treacherous, ruthless, bloated windbags, addicted to lust, and allergic to God. They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people (MSG).

Just think for a moment about the tension in our world over false “truth” versus what God’s Word tells us. Who are you going to believe? If it hasn’t happened to you yet, as a believer, you will be treated harshly for what you hold most dear in your life and that is the irrefutable and absolute truth of God. It is a true statement to say that in order for “true” righteousness to exist, there has to be a relationship with Jesus Christ because without God, we can do nothing.

JOHN 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from me you can accomplish nothing (NET Bible).

Dear friends, there is no way to be devoted to God and to the fallen world. They’re not meant to exist together in our hearts and minds. It’s impossible to serve both God and the world. In this truth, I believe, is at the heart of most all persecution. We are either transformed by the renewal of our minds throughout our lives or we’re not.

My prayer for each of you today is that you would live your life to be a true expression of what you believe which should convict the heart of each and every one of us today. So, whatever you’re going through right now know that in the midst of your suffering, your faith is being tested and what you endure of earth will be glorified, eternally, in Heaven.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:17-18 For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever (NLT). AMEN

Scripture of the Week by JoBeth Kested

Scripture for the week of April 10, 2016

10423776_10203833004851227_7019331051856534412_nO taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusts in him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. Psalm 34:8,10 (NKJV)

Have you ever longed for the taste of something like the first sip of coffee in the morning, your favorite piece of pie or maybe the best decadent chocolate as it melts in your mouth? There is nothing quite like that first taste that is so satisfying; that causes us to savor or cherish the moment and is often accompanied by the feelings of comfort and happiness. This verse seems to encourage us that we don’t have to struggle and fret because we can’t understand the whole Bible or to grasp all the ways of God. If we will just begin to taste a little at a time of God’s love, goodness, mercy and grace we will want to keep seeking for more and more of Him as we see the blessings of His comfort, peace and joy in every aspect of our lives. O taste and see that the Lord is good!

When we Love and Accept His Invitation by Beth Auman

Romans eight 28This Scripture was illuminated to me in a deeper way when I watched the Web Cast from Wednesday Morning, March 30,2016. Janice Sweeney shared at GOZI during the Triumphant Faith Institute Exhortation and she gave her amazing Testimony. Which included the illumination that many times we leave out the latter portion of Romans 8:28.  We are confident that God is able to orchestrate everything to work toward something good and beautiful when we love Him and accept His invitation to live according to His plan.

We must all understand that God is the only Master Conductor – He will orchestrate all things in our lives toward something good and beautiful, “when and only when we love Him and accept His invitation to live according to His plan.” It is a choice to walk on His well lit path for our lives.

Thank you Janice Sweeney, I was empowered by your Testimony and am preparing with all of you to Passover. Our alignment and assignments are such apart of His divine Orchestration and I praise The Lord that you are a part of His Orchestration in my own life.

Love you all Beyond Measure.
