Adonai, I come before You today to declare and decree Your Word over the lives of all those in my delegated rule of authority-those that You have ordained for me to watch over-Shamar in Yeshua (Jesus) Name.

Abba, as I stand and watch -Shamar to see what You will say, I submit everything unto You, I resist the devil and he must flee!

You alone are Holy, Righteousness and Worthy of all Praise. I give You all Praise, Honor and Glory in Yeshua Jesus (Name).

Come rest on us Holy Spirit of ADONAI, Spirit of wisdom and understanding,the Spirit of counsel and power,the Spirit of knowledge and fearing ADONAI. We submit to You and receive all that You have for us. I apply Yeshua (Jesus) Blood over each and everyone throughout our generations and declare Your Word.
