Some time ago I had prayed for a certain situation and nothing seemed to change. I was frustrated and discouraged. In prayer, once again, for the same thing, this poem came to me and I made it my prayer that day. It helped me to release that difficult situation to Jesus, my Lord and Savior, trusting Him to take it as I let go.

Simple, yet so powerful! The place of surrender is the place of victory.

I give it to you, Lord, I give it to you.

 Help me to see it from your point of view.

 Lord, I give it to you.

 I’ve done all I can do.

 Help me, Lord, in this place I’m going through.

 Lord, I give it to you.

 You promised to make all things new.

 So gladly, Lord, I give it to you!
