“I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for apart from Me, you can do nothing.”
Devotional Reflection
To abide is to remain—quietly, consistently, faithfully. Yeshua invites us not into a sprint of striving but into a steady sharing of His life. The branch doesn’t manufacture fruit; it receives life and bears what the Vine supplies.
When we drift into self-reliance, the soul grows thin. But in His presence, strength returns. His Word cleanses our thoughts; His Spirit renews our affections; His love steadies our steps.
Abiding looks like small obediences—opening the Scriptures, whispering prayer, obeying a nudge to serve, choosing forgiveness again. Over time, these quiet “yeses” become the trellis where love, joy, and peace grow.
Today, return again to the Vine. Rest your effort in His sufficiency. Let the life of Yeshua flow through you—bearing fruit that remains.
Reflection Question
Where do you sense the Spirit inviting you to abide more deeply—in Scripture, in prayer, in obedience, or in surrender?
Prayer
Abba Father, draw my heart to abide in Your Son. Prune what hinders love, and fill me with the life of Yeshua. Teach me to remain in Your Word and to obey with joy, that I might bear fruit that glorifies You. In Yeshua’s name, Amen.
Scripture for the week of October 26, 2025
By JoBeth Kested
The Lord will always lead you. He will meet the needs of your soul in the dry times and give strength to your body. You will be like a garden that has enough water, like a well of water that never dries up. Isaiah 58:11 (NLV)
Have you ever felt lost in a dry desolate place, overwhelmed with weariness and no idea of the way to go? Be encouraged by the promise of this scripture that the Lord is always with us to mercifully show us the way even when we find ourselves lost and desperate through foolish choices or no faults of our own. God will meet all the needs of our soul (mind, will and emotions) as well as restore strength to our bodies when it looks like there is no provision for us in any direction. So call upon the Lord in your day of trouble and He will deliver you (Psalms 50:15), restore you like a well watered garden and fill you with His living water that never runs dry. Oh, hallelujah!
Personally, I want to be called God’s child. I also desire greatly to find out exactly how Blessed peacemakers are. God’s Word is True and He is faithful!
Abba, open the eyes of our understanding that we may become the peacemaker’s that You will Bless, calling us Your child. May we also learn to honor all of those peacemaker’s in our lives, our country and our world, honoring them and speaking forth Your Blessings.
May we also see clearly those who are not for peace. Those selfish strife causers that are in truth against You and aligned with the antichrist spirit yet pretending to be peace lovers. Expose every single one of these Abba, make it plain to us. May we always be found on Your side of Peace in Yeshua’s Name Amen! Amen! Amen!

Scripture for the week of April 13, 2025
By JoBeth Kested
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 NIV
Have you ever felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole? Do you have the repetitive lies of the world going round and round in your head: “Not qualified, not smart, not pretty, too fat or too old”? Maybe it is time to heed the advice of this scripture and to stop trying to conform to the self eliminating standards of this world. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Believe you are who God says you are; accepted in the beloved, (Eph. 1:6) fearfully and wonderfully made, (Ps. 139:14) child of God, (John 1:12) and that your gifts make room for you (Pr. 18:16). The more we focus on who God says we are the more we will clearly discern His good, pleasing and perfect will for us. Oh Lord, renew our minds with the washing of Your Word that we might find our perfect place in Your will. Amen.
Scripture for the week of December 29, 2024

He (Moses) said, “Please show me your glory.” Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed, “Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth, keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin…” Exodus 33:18, 34:6-7a (WEB)
Have you ever wondered what the glory of God is? Many might think it is the display of supernatural signs, wonders and miracles. God’s response to Moses’ request to see His glory is the revelation of His endless mercy, loving kindness, compassion and forgiveness towards all who are separated from Him. The Hebrew meaning of His name Yahweh is, “I Am that I Am”. So, God is declaring in these verses, “I Am that I really, really Am a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, abundant in truth, extending loving kindness and forgiveness to thousands who are separated from me in their rebellious ways.” May we always discover the glory of God’s merciful love and forgiveness for us when we stumble from our foolish and selfish choices. Lord, let the grace of Your glorious light breakthrough the darkness in the world as we look toward the new year ahead. Amen!
13 Surely I trust that I will see the goodness of Adonai in the land of the living. 14 Wait for Adonai. Be strong, let Your heart take courage, and wait for Adonai.
Decree: I Trust You ADONAI! I Trust that I will see Your Goodness in the land of the living! I have set myself to wait for You because You are always on time. I have set my heart to be strong because Your Joy is my strength. I have set my will to let my heart take courage and wait for You ADONAI because I will see Your goodness in the land of the living! I will find You in the waiting. On this side of eternity!! In Yeshua’s Name Amen!!
Psalm 27 TLV Let Your Heart Take Courage Psalm 27 1 Of David. Adonai is my light and my salvation: whom should I fear? Adonai is the stronghold of my life: whom should I dread? 2 When evildoers approached me to devour my flesh—my adversaries and my foes—they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army camp besieges me, my heart will not fear. Though war breaks out against me, even then will I be confident. 4 One thing have I asked of Adonai, that will I seek: to dwell in the House of Adonai all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Adonai; and to meditate in His Temple. 5 For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His sukkah, conceal me in the shelter of His tent, and set me high upon a rock. 6 Then will my head be high above my enemies around me. In His Tabernacle I will offer sacrifices with shouts of joy. I will sing, yes, sing praises to Adonai. 7 Hear, Adonai, when I call with my voice, be gracious to me and answer me. 8 To You my heart says: “Seek My face.” Your face, Adonai, I seek. 9 Do not hide Your face from me. Do not turn Your servant away in anger. You have been my help. Do not abandon me or forsake me, O God my salvation. 10 Though my father and my mother forsake me, Adonai will take me in. 11 Teach me Your way, Adonai, and lead me on a level path—because of my enemies. 12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes. For false witnesses rise up against me, breathing out violence. 13 Surely I trust that I will see the goodness of Adonai in the land of the living. 14 Wait for Adonai. Be strong, let Your heart take courage, and wait for Adonai.
We are all to be living epistles before men. What do others read from your page today? Humility, gentleness with patience? putting up with one another in love? Making every effort to keep the unity of the Ruach HaKodesh in the bind of shalom?
when people meet us they are partaking of the One to whom we proclaim, Yeshua.
is your fruit good to taste or is it bitter, angry, rotten and spoiled? Examine yourself today and ask for forgiveness. Repent and take a giant step forward.
Keep this Scripture close, memorize it. Walk it out in your own life and treat others with respect. Saved yet or not, they were formed and fashioned in their mother’s womb too. They were created in His image too. They will never see Yeshua if we continue acting like the one they serve.
This is the Truth.
We can stand on Adonai’s Word not bending to the sinful nature of others and still walk in love.
Abba, forgive each of us who ask today for our rotten behavior. We submit ourselves and our attitudes unto You. We resist the devil and he must flee from us.
We take a step forward into Ephesins 4:1-3:
I urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you were called— with complete humility and gentleness, with patience, putting up with one another in love, making every effort to keep the unity of the Ruach in the bond of shalom.
In Yeshua’s Name. Amen

Psalm 82 CJB A psalm of Asaf: Elohim [God] stands in the divine assembly; there with the elohim [judges], he judges: “How long will you go on judging unfairly, favoring the wicked? (Selah) Give justice to the weak and fatherless! Uphold the rights of the wretched and poor! Rescue the destitute and needy; deliver them from the power of the wicked!” They don’t know, they don’t understand, they wander about in darkness; meanwhile, all the foundations of the earth are being undermined. “My decree is: ‘You are elohim [gods, judges], sons of the Most High all of you. Nevertheless, you will die like mortals; like any prince, you will fall.’” Rise up, Elohim, and judge the earth; for all the nations are yours.
We stand still to hear and see and know that You alone are ADONAI our Elohim. Just as Moses, we fear You, yet we will come to You in the fire to hear Your voice. We choose You!
Deuteronomy 5:4-6 CJB Adonai spoke with you face to face from the fire on the mountain. At that time I stood between Adonai and you in order to tell you what Adonai was saying; because, on account of the fire, you were afraid and wouldn’t go up onto the mountain. He said, ? “‘I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, where you lived as slaves.
We stand ready for Shavuot-Pentecost. We await Your fresh FIRE. We want to burn for You. So come Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). Pour out as cloven tongues of fire over, in and through us. We receive all that You have and stand as Your Apostles did, ready, willing and submitted unto You in Yeshua’s (Jesus) Name. Amen
Acts 2:1-4 CJB The festival of Shavu‘ot arrived, and the believers all gathered together in one place. Suddenly there came a sound from the sky like the roar of a violent wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire, which separated and came to rest on each one of them. They were all filled with the Ruach HaKodesh and began to talk in different languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak.
These two events are Shevuot-Pentecost. The giving of Torah and The out pouring of Ruach Ha Kodesh (Holy Spirit). same Days.. ADONAI is speaking One New Man…are you listening? Or do you want someone like Moses to stand in your place and pass in the information? The choice to Hear His voice yours is yours. Be filled to overflowing by Ruach Ha Kodesh.
Be ready to receive all that He has for you on this day. Tuesday, June 11th thru Thursday June 13th 2024.
We have Passed Over by the Blood of the LAMB Yeshua (Jesus) out of the hand of the enemy. Counted the 49 Days of the Omer and have arrived. It’s time to Celebrate! It’s time to be filled to overflowing by Ruach Ha Kodesh (Holy Spirit). Yeshua (Jesus) has already paid the price for you in full.
Are you Ready? I am Ready! come Ruach Ha Kodesh (Holy Spirit), we welcome You!
Remember that Abba created the Sun, Moon and Stars to govern His Moed Times. His appointed feast days to meet with us. He never changed His calendar.
We are in covenant with YHWH our Elohim, filled to overflow with Ruach HaKodesh in Yeshua’s Name Amen.
May grace and shalom be yours in full measure, as you come to a full knowledge of God and Yeshua our Lord. God’s power has given us everything we need for life and godliness, through our knowing the One who called us to his own glory and goodness. By these he has given us valuable and superlatively great promises, so that through them you might come to share in God’s nature and escape the corruption which evil desires have brought into the world.
For this very reason, try your hardest to furnish your faith with goodness, goodness with knowledge, knowledge with self-control, self-control with perseverance, perseverance with godliness, godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if you have these qualities in abundance, they keep you from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. Indeed, whoever lacks them is blind, so shortsighted that he forgets that his past sins have been washed away.
Therefore, brothers, try even harder to make your being called and chosen a certainty. For if you keep doing this, you will never stumble. Thus you will be generously supplied with everything you need to enter the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Deliverer, Yeshua the Messiah. 2Peter 2-11 CJB
We are to try even harder to make your being called and chosen a certainty. We do this not by faking it until we make it. We do this by furnishing our faith … with goodness, goodness with knowledge, knowledge with self-control, self-control with perseverance, perseverance with godliness, godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if you have these qualities in abundance, they keep you from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
What is furnishing our faith, you may be asking. Peter makes it very understandable. Move in like weighty furniture: goodness with knowledge; knowledge with self control; self control with perseverance; perseverance with godliness; godliness with brotherly affection and brotherly affection with love.
He further tells us that if we place weight on these things with every thought, deed and action in abundance, they will keep us from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
Wow! Abba, we come before You today and repent for our missing the mark. For not lining up with what You place weight on. Our desire is for Your authentic outpouring of Your Holy Spirit. Have it all, Abba. We lay down our agenda, our worship, our plans. We lay it all down before You and receive Your authentic Ruach HaKodesh in Yeshua’s Name.
We declare that we will try even harder to make being called and chosen a certainty. We will furnish our faith from this point forward as You have instructed. We command barrenness to leave!, blindness to leave, eyes and ears to be opened! That we may receive the full knowledge of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah!
We commit to keep doing this. We receive Your Word through Peter that by doing as You have instructed, we will not stumble. That we will be generously supplied with everything that we need to enter the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Deliverer, Yeshua the Messiah. Amen!

Scripture for the week of June 2, 2024 By JoBeth Kested
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 2 Peter 1:2 (NKJV)
Are you in need of abundant grace and peace? Grace is undeserved favor and divine assistance. Peace is tranquility, harmony and freedom from disturbance or affliction. The Biblical definition of knowledge is based on understanding from experience. This verse exhorts us that the more we increase in knowing our Father God, and our Savior Jesus, the more His grace and peace will increase in our lives. Like the Hebrews in the wilderness that had to gather fresh manna each day, Jesus is the Bread of Life that God has provided for us to that we need to seek new each day. Whatever we may have experienced of God’s love, mercy, forgiveness and provision in the past, be encouraged to KNOW that as we seek to know Him more each day we’ll never exhaust the supply His sufficient favor, divine assistance, and peace that passes understanding. May His grace and peace be multiplied to you today.
