22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 humility, self control. Nothing in the Torah stands against such things. Galatians 5:22-23 (CJB)
We all need to be able to discern good and evil in every situation right now more than any other time in our history.
One of the best ways to practice discernment is through the identification of the Fruit of the Spirit.
If there is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Humility and Self Control present then you can discern the presence of the Holy Spirit, and if He is present everything is going to be fine because Adonai is in Control. He has a Good Plan for your success and everything lines up with the Word of the LORD.
On the other hand if the Fruit of the Holy Spirit is not present then you must discern the evil one’s tactics. Do not allow yourselves to be deceived. Because Yeshua said that He came that we may have life, and have it abundantly and that is exactly what we must all stand in the unity of faith for. He paid the ultimate price and we must not let our guard down. If what is being conveyed to you does not line up with the Word of the LORD – the fruit is rotten and the devil is laying a snare for you.
John 10:9-10 (NASB) 9 I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and [a]have it abundantly.
The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy, to steal our joy, kill our peace, destroy our patience so that we cannot exhibit kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility or self control. But, the devil is a liar and he has no creative power and he will not win.
Nehemiah 8:10 (NASB)10 Then he said to them, “Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Jesus came that we may have and enjoy our lives and the Joy of the Lord is our strength. We must be strong and alert and know that our victory is in the finished work of Yeshua.
1 Peter 5:8 (CJB)8 Stay sober, stay alert! Your enemy, the Adversary, stalks about like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Don’t be that someone – don’t allow the devil to devour your fruit.
Be filled with Holy Spirit of Adonai today and may all that partake of the fruit of your spirit enjoy the Fruit of the Holy Spirit. May it be evident that you are God’s own. That you have crowned Yeshua the Lord of your life. May you leave behind His essence – LOVE, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Humility and Self Control and may everyone who comes in contact with you be drawn closer to Yeshua by their encounter with you and may you walk in the highest level of discernment at all times in Yeshua’s name.
